Hyundai MOBIS Parts America, a Tier 1 parts and accessory supplier to Hyundai Motor America and Kia Motors America, is seeking an experienced Corporate Trainer & LMS Administrator

As a Sr. HR Business Partner, you will be a key driver in orchestrating and executing comprehensive induction training strategies that establish the cornerstone for newcomers’ accomplishments within our organization. The position plays a central role in formulating, overseeing, and coordinating induction training that familiarizes employees with our company’s values, ethos, and regulations. The Corporate Trainer and LMS Administrator will be tasked with designing, developing, and delivering impactful training programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and fostering their professional development. Furthermore, this role encompasses the administration and maintenance of the learning management system to ensure an uninterrupted and streamlined learning experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent (Master’s preferred).
  • 7+ years of Corporate Training and LMS experience
  • Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and training delivery.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and e-learning platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective engagement.
  • Proficiency in multimedia tools, video editing, graphic design, and e-learning authoring.
  • Technical aptitude and problem-solving skills for LMS management and user support.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple projects.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Role Responsibilities

Training and Development:

  • Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs and design relevant training programs aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop engaging training materials, including presentations, workshops, e-learning modules, and multimedia resources.
  • Conduct training sessions in various formats, catering to different learning preferences and ensuring active participation.
  • Evaluate training program effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, making continuous improvements.

Learning Management System (LMS) Administration:

  • Administer the company’s LMS, managing user accounts, course setup, content upload, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Ensure the LMS is user-friendly, up-to-date, and aligned with the latest learning technologies and best practices.
  • Monitor employee progress within the LMS, generate reports, and provide technical support to ensure optimal usage.

Content Management:

  • Develop and curate training content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and compliance with standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams or vendors to source high-quality training resources.
  • Maintain and update training materials to reflect changing business needs and industry trends.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated on training methodologies, adult learning principles, and technological advancements.
  • Gather feedback from learners and stakeholders to enhance training programs and LMS functionality.

Work Schedule:

  • Hybrid Work Schedule, 2 days remote / 2-3 days in-office
  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • Occasional Overnight travel (up to 20%) by land and/or air.

Compensation – Salary, $62,518.54 – 92,214.85
